You are a seeker; perhaps you are not aware of this.

Perhaps you suspect you are not the daring type, the type of person whom you would or should trust.

Or, maybe later; the alignment of now + yesterday will create a version of you who is ready to believe in her worth.

You may think you don't have options. You do. It won't cost you nothing; the toll to enter is the paradigm shift of your identity.

Accepting yourself is synonymous with trusting yourself.

I liken the process of uncovering the mask that hides self-awareness to a stomach virus.

You did not choose this; you must fight the false identity like a virus.

The pruning requires you to expel the things you did not choose that are making you sick.

For now, know that everything you do in service of self-trust will bring you closer to the alignment you seek.

The world might be leaning towards chaotic disorder, along with everything in the universe; don't let it overwhelm you.

You are here, on this planet, inhabiting your unique existence; that is everything you have ever done, your choices, relationships, the color of your eyes and hair, whether or not you can curl your tongue, and whether or not cilantro smells like soap or fajitas— yum.

When you stop and think about the unlikely order that emerged from all potentiality to create you, no matter your doctrine, that is an awe-inspiring realization.

It is helpful to think intergalactic in scale when what is directly in front of us fails to inhabit logic.

Complexity can bring our mental processing power to the limits, leaving us fuzzy-headed and confused.

I find the feeling of anxiety around the unknown worsens with certain variables:

• ☞ Lack of or poor quality sleep.

• ☞ Lack of proper nutrition or eating too much junk food (even the items disguised as healthy, looking at you Perfect Bar — so delicious).

• ☞ Lack of clarity around goals, especially near-term goals (1-3 months).

• ☞ Misalignment between my current identity and my true identity

• *This one is deep and deserves an article of its own. I.E., You have not introspected your life yet and pruned or altered anything that you did not choose but was chosen for you and is not working for you.

☝🏻Number 4 is the umbrella for everything.

The misalignment you feel when you have not checked in with your true self will never disappear.

If you are a pros and cons list person, make sure to account for the psychic toll that is living in misalignment with your truth.

Be sure to account for the unlimited joy and pleasure of learning yourself entirely, inside out and without filters on the "ugly" stuff.

Self-acceptance is a good pro for your list; it must be at the top.

You cannot know the limit of the upside potential of owning yourself.

I would advise you to scrap the list and do what you know you need to do.

You've known the truth since you could reason— the only path worth following is the one you create.
